A: GersteinART is an online store dedicated solely to the art of David Gerstein. We are specialists in all of his amazing body of work and offer the best possible service to our customers worldwide. We also the only store linked back from Gerstein's official website: David Gerstein.
Q: Where is David Gerstein's art produced?
A: All of Gerstein's artwork is made in his large artist's studio in Jerusalem, Israel.
ABOUT THE ARTWORKS
Q: Where can I find the dimensions of an artwork?
A: Most of the sculptures and prints have size dimensions on their product page. If you cannot find the information you are looking for please contact us by email, or by phone: (+1) 347-688-0951. We will reply to your email or call within 24 hours.
Q: What are Gerstein's artworks made of?
A: Gerstein's art objects are made of Laser cutout metal.
Q: Is the artwork suitable to be placed outdoors?
A: Placing your Gerstein art piece outdoors is not recommended for a long period of time. We can not guarantee that the pieces will remain in great condition when exposed to tough weather conditions such as rain or snow.
Q: Where do you ship the art from?
A: We ship worldwide from Jerusalem, Israel.
Q: How do you ship the artwork and is it safe?
A: We ship via EMS, which is Israel's postal service. We send you a tracking code once the package ships and you receive the package to your door from the postal service in your country. For instance UK-Royal post, France- La Poste, USA - USPS (United States Postal Service). It is safe and secure and we guarantee you will get the artwork in perfect condition.
Q: Is it possible to ship with UPS?
A: Yes. We also work with UPS for larger art pieces or for urgent orders. UPS shipping is more expensive than EMS but is usually faster and great for large quantities. If you prefer to ship by UPS, please contact us by email.
Q: How long does it take to recieve my order?
A: An order usually takes between 8-15 days to be delivered, and inside Israel, orders take around 2-3 days. We provide a tracking code for your shipment so you can keep track of your order's status at any given moment. Please note: we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date, but we do our best to send deliveries as fast as possible. In many cases a shipment arrives ahead of time.
Q: I've placed an order. How do I check the shipping status?
A: You can easily login to your account if you created one when placing your order. Or you could simply email us: custservice@GersteinART.com
Q: Can I send an art piece to a different address, or a different country?
A: Yes. It is easy to do: enter your billing address, which is connected to your credit card, as normal; and then enter the address to which you would like to send the package under "shipping address." This address can be located anywhere in the world.
Q: Can I add a gift card to my package?
A: Yes. We offer a free official gift card that you can add to your shopping cart at the checkout.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept all major credit cards; Paypal; and bank transfers. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us to arrange the details of the transfer.
Q: Can I return an art piece if I am not satisfied?
A: You may return any art piece you buy from GersteinART for any reason within 30 days from purchase for a full price refund. We charge only for shipping costs. Refunds are issued as soon as the art piece is returned to our office.
