David Gerstein keeps creating new and beautiful wall sculptures as well as free standing small objects. This new piece we are revealing today is entitled Jogger. It features Gerstein's unique brush strokes style similar to the one found in the Armstrong piece. We're told that the Jogger would consist of two sculptures that could be placed together to create an "Jogging" effect, or used separately as a stand alone piece. Here is a first look at the new sculpture set to be released in the next couple of weeks (May 2012) and will be available worldwide by GersteinART.

David Gerstein has recently attended a solo exhibition of his works at Gana Gallery in Seoul, South Korea.

The exhibition featured Gerstein's multi-layered wall sculptures as well as new free standing pieces and bronze works as well. The exhibition entitled "infinite joy" will be displayed at the gallery until April 29th, 2012. Entrance is of course free and if you are in South Korea feel free to come for a visit. A brand new Hamsa sculpture made by David Gerstein for 2012 is Now shipping world wide. 2012 is looking as one of the most creative in David Gerstein's work. In January he released the all new Jazz club series, then in February it was the new Bell flowers and the Camel Bowl, and now comes this Hamsa, which features the Jewish symbols of peace - The doves, the olive leaves and the word "Shalom" in Hebrew letters.

Jazz Club by David Gerstein 2012

David Gerstein has had a busy 2011, touring the world opening various solo exhibitions while still finding the time to create new works and release fresh wall sculptures and small objects as well. Today Gerstein announced a release of a new series of small objects simply entitled 'Jazz Club'.

Following the ever popular Blue Note and Jazz in the city wall sculpture series, Gerstein adapted the themes into smaller sculptures which would each feature a different Jazz player and instrument. Each object has two coloured sides, the front being more figurative and the back more abstract, capturing the music and motion associated with the art of Jazz.

David Gerstein is currently in Malmo, Sweden. The artist was invited by MIVA gallery to attend the opening of an  exhibition dedicated to his metal works. The exhibition opened today and will remain on display for the next two weeks. Here are some photos of the exhibition -

David Gerstein announces a new release on GersteinART. Golden and silver elegant new pins made of stainless steel are now shipping worldwide. The two new pins add to the growing pin collection and add an elegant and sleek feel to them. The first pin is a cyclist pin, named appropriately 'Contador'. This pin is available in clean silver or gold.  It's worth mentioning that the golden pin is golden on the front and back.

David Gerstein attended the opening of Artcore gallery in Vienna, Austria last Thursday (Sep 8th 2011). The exhibition entitled 'Couple of strokes' was successful, attended by Israeli ambassador to Austria, Mr.Aviv Shir, artists, friends and art lovers.

Last week Gerstein was invited to Bangkok to attend the opening of his latest exhibition at the National Gallery Bangkok entitled "Infinity".

With the kind support of the Israeli Embassy, Gerstein arrived in Bangkok for a whole week and spoke at the opening ceremony of the exhibition;
